General Introduction

• If wagering requirements are not met within the set timeframe for earning the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonuses earned from one promotion cannot be combined with another promotion unless explicitly stated.

VIP Membership and Cashback

ck365's VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular play.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

VIP cashback is paid on a weekly basis. The wagering requirements applicable to cashback will be set according to ck365 notifications. ck365 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

ck365 ensures fair and transparent outcomes across all games. All games on the platform are powered by a secure random number generator (RNG) technology that guarantees impartial results.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Instructions from a court or regulatory authority.

In the event of account closure, ck365 will state the reason and, where applicable, will arrange to return any valid balance.

The Bengali version of these terms is considered authoritative. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be final.
